Zimr Music
Idea inspired by horror videogames like Resident Evil and Alone in the Dark I am making a music for my suspense game where you fight monsters in the foggy streets of the abandoned town. Maarten Bauer
The second part (where the loud bass stops) is nice and 'spooky'. I like the irregular tempo, which helps the horror mood. However, the bass notes are way too loud in my opinion. This causes that the other sounds are almost inaudible, because they are overlapped by these bass beats. Is this the whole track or are you going to extend it? Maybe this is too short for a background song, but I don't know what you want to do with it. Monarcheon
Resident Evil is normally a lot more ambient based isn't it? Anyway, I mirror Maarten's comments but want to add that when the soprano voicing comes in a lot of the atmosphere from the track dies away as it devolves into 2 voice free counterpoint, which could also be longer with more voices added gradually.
