Corridor (Horror Game OST)

Recommended Posts

Greetings.

I'm currently work on soundtracks for a survival horror video game (probably the first Iranian game in this genre!), and in the game, there's a corridor, and I composed this piece for the corridor scene. Please let me know your opinion.

Thanks.

It's a nice piece. Sounds incomplete, however. There's a thread in the "Advice and Techniques" forum that might be an interesting read if you're having trouble completing your pieces.

Thanks, but which topic? I checked that sub-forum.

First off, I would like to say that an "Iranian" horror game is a unique and a very interesting idea that I would love to play! I've never heard of that before.

Now, for your piece, it sounded very spooky especially at the initial start where the guy is breathing, I like that. It did sound a bit incomplete, however, if this was meant to loop in the game then the ending is fine.

Good job!

I like it. It definitely has an intense and anxious feeling.

Yes, this is what the song is made to be :D

Of course, this is not the first Iranian horror game, but it can be the best.

Yes, I really wanted to add some scary and creepy atmospheres, and then I picked my microphone and started breathing :))

Not really, the corridor in the game has the feel of "being incomplete", so we'll use it only one time.

Honestly, I hate horror.
I am not stand-up against the darkness and fear that I get.

However, I cannot say that I hate this music. It gives me an awkward feeling and the mysterious atmosphere is inventive.
On the one hand, I would have liked to see the scene to look if the music fits the scene. On the other hand, I am glad you did not post the scene, because I would then get nightmares. Hahaha!

Nevertheless, well done!

Can you explain your feelings?

Imagine a house in Iran (in 1940-1960's) which is designed by a British man, a middle-eastern and victorian design. This is the design of corridor.

I also like it, and the open feeling in the ending is very nice. For me it's not incomplete. Something is complete when one takes that decision.

Thanks!
