celloman99
Here is another in my growing collection of Animal Sketches. I know it is really basic to have so much unison writing in the strings, but I really like the effect it has, and I think it goes well with the spider atmosphere of the piece. Rabbival507
@celloman99 Sounds good to me. The fact it's simple doesn't mean it isn't good. As far as I know, in this collection of Animal Sketches you're trying to describe animals, so the thing that matters is not if it's complex or not, but if it describes the animal well. I think that even if you didn't write in the title, many listeners would be able to tell that it's some kind of insect. So well done, the piece serves it's purpose. MusicianXX12
Wow! So good! Right evocation, well formed, quite contemporary! Just use a better sounds library!
celloman99
@MusicianXX12 lol! I know! The sound library that comes with my version of Finale is pretty terrible. But I’m hopefully getting the Garitan sound library in a few days for my birthday. Thanks for the positive comments!
