Vindhie Lin
Hi, I'm a classical trained piano player. However, since I listened to Yiruma's piano music, I was inspired to start my own composition :) My friend commented that this composition, After Rain, is like "Bach Meets Yiruma" piece since overall it has classical vibe but towards the end it goes emotional. Here is the link: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=AijLtevhAwM Let me know what you think. All opinions and feedback are really appreciated! Thanks a lot! Oliver Nosaczynski Bohovič
I like this, it has a good vibe to my ears. I agree with your friend, your style seems to be very much into neo-classicism, especially until the chorus comes in, and I can definitely hear Yiruma influence in the chorus. Good job :)
Vindhie Lin
The fact is I was trying to create a slow emotional piece, but the idea came out was the fast one (front part). So I just combined it haha. Thanks a lot for your kind words and opinion! I'll continue to do my best :) If anyone else wants to give feedback, it's most welcome. Especially since I'm new, feedback and opinion are very precious. Thanks!
