I honestly don't like this one that much, but to my knowledge it follows most of the rules. This is why we don't use them anymore 😂

Not entirely true... Baroque rules were influenced by very explicit rules (albeit not particularly strict ones) from the Medieval and Renaissance periods. Though, if you're trying to sound Baroque, then you should follow those rules. Unless it's for a contest/application or something, I don't think many people do that nowadays.

The piece is immaculate, but I think the reason you hate it is that it’s syrupy sweet, and even relaxing. Honestly, it’s like a bunch of puppy dogs playing in a field of golden flowers 🐶

But you should be happy with this, as it’s very well-written, and not every piece needs to be super serious. Appreciating levity is also good.

Thanks for sharing, it was enjoyable to listen to 🐶
