Composition for flutes, kind of impractical but would like some feedback

Relatively new to composing, don't really know what I'm doing this is all just intuition. Let me know how I can improve, maybe some good resources for gaining better conscious knowledge of composition

Well, for someone who confesses not to know what he's doing, your instincts are pretty darn good.  I actually don't hear anything impractical at all about this, except that the lower parts stay very low throughout; in fact, I could swear that some of the notes were below the standard flute's range and would have to be played by an alto flute.  Not having a score, I can't readily verify this.  The richness of your harmonic language and the closeness of the harmony are attractive.  Are you composing using notation software, or a sequencer?  It would be really helpful to actually see what you're doing by having a score.

Keep on writing!  Experience is one of the best teachers, but maybe somebody here has some ideas as to resources for you.  I'm almost entirely self taught, so I'm not going to be much help there.  Good luck!

Thank you J. I made this in a sequencer, maybe notation software is something I should look into. I appreciate someone with knowledge of composing telling me my music makes sense. I'll see if I can figure out how to get a score out of my sequencer.

This is a very good start, as you are new to composition. One of the things that I look for in a piece is direction, and your music always seems to be going somewhere. However, I think there could be more flow. Some harmonic changes are quite abrupt. As a flute player, I can say that some of these notes are very low, and some may be impossible but I cannot tell just from listening. This is very nice - well done!
