Sounds like the E major sections are based more on Haydn and Mozart(which have a very similar style) style-wise and the F minor section sounds more like Beethoven, what with the sudden dynamic contrast and the sudden shift to an unrelated minor key. But there is a lot of originality in like the melody and accompaniment itself.

Thanks for your feedback. The F minor section (which is far from the relative and neighbour keys) is the "joke" section, as you said, I wanted to make it more "classy (more Haydn than Mozart)" and then go with something more "distintive" and original, giving it a bit of my own style.

I myself am working on a Scherzo as well. And I am trying to get a more Haydnesque feel to it while still having originality. It is nowhere near complete. I have only 3 phrases at the moment. I have been thinking to myself "Is this scherzo complete enough for me to get feedback on it? Maybe the feedback will help me keep going?" Those 3 phrases I have are in total 19 bars long, but because of the tempo I wrote mine at being quarter note = 140(which is clearly faster than the tempo for your scherzo), those 19 measures take up only 25 seconds. But I have reached a composer's block with it. I'm thinking of expanding the A section of my scherzo by at least 1 or 2 phrases before going into the B section of it.

You think I should post my incomplete Scherzo in F here in the Piano Music subforum despite how incomplete it is? I mean, I have posted incomplete works before(for example my Moonlight Sonata arrangement or my Pathetique Sonata arrangement) but usually they aren't as incomplete as my Scherzo is.

By the way, if you want to listen to and give me feedback on my Moonlight Sonata arrangement for woodwinds, here is the link to the thread:
