If you have a digital piano like I do, that's as easy as adjusting the tuner slightly. The digital piano I have can go up to a whole step sharp or flat. So I can get like a supermajor third(major third + 1/4 tone) by adjusting the tuner slightly. If you have an acoustic piano though, the closest you could get is half steps unless you have one of the quarter tone pianos that are rare but do exist.
