Delicious Grace - My Last Rock N' Roll

Lyrics:

Don’t mind my attitude towards you
It’s hard to live the moment when there’s nothing for you
Sitting on a golden chair means nothing these days
If I was up to move a finger and get it done by today!

Declare upon my act it’s a matter of fact
Bridges are burning all around and so fast
My empty glass is now my main enemy
Waiting for tomorrow is no more of a choice for me!

chorus:
Yeah my last rock n’ roll
Once I was a king and you were standing bellow
Yeah my last rock n’ roll
I’ll make you dance and stand on your toes!

Two plus one by now isn’t just three
I’ve already counted all the stars that can be
Excuse my dirty manners and suit yourself
The rage of my staff is the last thing you will tell!

Alright, so overall, I liked this. The instrumental was solid and the structure of the song was really well done! If I had to offer any criticisms, the major I would say what when you're recording the vocals that you try backing up from the mic a bit and singing out a bit more. Singing out will amp up the amount of power in your voice and being further from the mic will allow you to do so without compromising the volume of the recording.

Other little things that I would mention would be to add effects like reverb or distortion to the backing vocals to distinguish them from the lead voice and mixing the instrumental in a more blended fashion so that you don't get exclusively guitar in one ear and exclusively vocals in another, though that all is solely up to the artist's interpretation. Overall, though, this is pretty decent.

I see what you mean and I really appreciate it all inputs.

We're struggling with the vocal department, man. It's hard hahaha.

Thank you very much for giving it a try.
