Comments are always appreciated good or bad, with thanks. I don't shy away from bad crit.

Not sure what key it's in though my notation stuff assures me it's C major even if it isn't. However, it isn't atonal, just shifts around.

Not a lot to say about it. Primavera = Spring. The first of some seasonal pieces. Written a couple of months ago touched up today.

LoL - I love how you reversed your score order in response to the debate about the chat window hah.  The piece is really cool - many parts of it remind me of John Williams' score to Episode I - The Phantom Menace for some reason.  Your use of Bass Clarinet for instance before 0:20.  Really cool and playful piece!  Thanks for sharing!

Thank you kindly for that. Pleasing to think it was listenable to (if you'll pardon my rotten grammar)! The scoring is fairly conventional but needs only a small ensemble.

Hahaha! Yes. It was for those who can't escape reading from the bottom up.

And thank you for your kind comments. I'm a great fan of the bass clarinet and often score it in preference to the bassoon. It has a big expressive range and gets down to a super pianissimo if need be.

I don't know about John Williams... I worried that it had hints of Prokofiev though, like the Love of Three Oranges Suite. I don't often turn to Prokofiev but as I tarted it up I had to wonder.

Sorry about the score. It gave me a headache engraving it upside down! but then there are those in the chat-box who like to read things from the bottom up! I hoped it would be easier for them!!!
