I liked your piece, pretty simple, but sounds good and has an interesting modulation to the dominant in major, that isn`t very common in minor mode music. The only criticize I have is that the bass is too simple, and maybe if you add some more notes or even change notes to have chords in inversion instead of just root position would make your piece a lot more enjoyable.

 

But, if your point is making a very simple etude-like piece, is perfectly fine, good work.

 

Also, check out musescore, is free, and you can make very professional looking scores with it, is pretty easy to get started with, so you'll be writting your music  in no time,
