Worked it out - the melody is lifted directly from Beethoven's Sonatina in F (2nd Movement). I knew that I'd played it before!

Reported for plagiarism (again).

If you look at it, you can see that I have developed the motif!! The triplet rhythm, for example, is not present in the Beethoven!!!

It's less about the Beethoven, and more about the fact we're collectively worried that you'll copy another forum member's work!! Again!! Like you did with @caters and got banned!!!

And then you post on a side account...if you'd been clever you'd have made the name a little more different...obviously not.

Look, the problem here is if you stay you'll just copy us again. Ask permission.

I will point out that the topic does state 3 Styles of Beethoven.  Beethoven keep in mind, is in the public domain.  With that said, @DailyDuo it may work out better for you if you stated your story / motivations behind these works.  People may have a better understanding that way.

Yes, very true of course! A description would have been appropriate - especially given the "reputation" that you have gained (for straight-up copying others' works). I am uncertain about the laws surrounding quoting from public domain works, but I thought that this should at least clearly credit Beethoven's melody.

Have you quoted from other works in the first and second movements?
