July 7, 200916 yr That is 'You're Not Alone' from Final Fantasy IX. Composer: Nobou Uematsu. It appears roughly halfway through the third disc, if I remember correctly. I used to love that track, so much. It occurs during a boss battle, and I remember when it was my turn on the game, not taking action, and letting the music loop over and over. I even left it like that while I went to school, so I could listen to it when I got home.
