March 4, 201016 yr Hi I just stumbled upon this site http://www.unheardbeethoven.org. Its very interesting in that it has a MIDI library of pieces by Beethoven that have never been published or recorded. I thought it was interesting so I wanted to share it :) .
March 15, 201016 yr Ran across that some years ago...it is pretty cool, isn't it? Some of my favourites of Beethoven's works fall into this category. Inasmuch as I'm a Classical-Revivalist, it should come as no surprise that I tend to enjoy Beethoven's earlier works best, and I particularly delight in the compositions he wrote when he was still a very young court musician in Bonn, "wearing a white wig and the Elector's livery" as I'm fond of saying. Whatever he may have made of himself later, these were his roots.
