  1. I agree completely with POW. You've changed the progression just in time before I would have stopped caring, so good work!
  2. Let me first say that you have excellent percussion! What sample libraries are you using? I like the part where the lower string marcatos come in by themselves, it was definitely an action video game moment. However, the trumpet(s?) have way too much reverb on them, and they are a bit machine gun-ny. Maybe making the trumpet ossinatoes into tuplets/triplets would make for an interesting solution, eh? Just my suggestion. It is a bit repetitive, yes, but that's actually a good aspect of the piece if it is based off of a video game. Good work! -P
  3. This is a recent piece I did. I'm not too proud of it, but I know that I worked hard on it. Battle At Norham -P
  4. Hello. There are some fairly good ideas in here, but the mix itself is a bit lacking in quality, which is fine at your stage of composing, but here is a little advice: Try to find a way to have repetition in those strings; try to replicate round robin. More expression is needed here. Messing with volumes and faders is a nice way to deal with this, or if there is a modulation DXF option, that will work fantastically. I hope the best for your career, Phillip Lober
