I'm enjoying the listen. The interaction of instrumentation/strings I always find fascinating in how other composers perceive their/instruments language. Very intelligent phrasing. I can only appreciate the work you put into writing this piece. It's personal and signature. True, it's open for subjectivity. Yet subjectivity is all that we have to go on when we/composers listen to other works of art/expression. I know you are proud of this piece and that's all that should matter to a composer... My compliments...

I am deeply impressed with the level of density. The fluidity of melody/harmony. Your structure is impeccible. Your ideas are incredibly agile and most intelligent. Thank you kindly Goodridge... I'm not sure what this theatre of the absurd is all about. My piece pertained to life's absurdities in general and is not correlated to anything else theatrical. I write with Reason 2.5 . And yes, I write this stuff note for note. Unfortunately I have shopped my music around and I just about have given up getting any of it played. I cannot even get my smaller ensemble pieces played. But so what. Thank God for software! Thank you very much for listening... Mike
