Di Di Dii Di Di - that's how my latest work goes!
Hey all! After quite long break from music production I'm back in my studio and trying to produce something different compared to my previous songs. This is where it has led me to: http://petrisuhonen.com/muz/Petri_Suhonen_-_Di_Di_Dii_Ver_0.1.mp3 I can't say what style it is because I don't know and don't even care actually (though it's electronic), but I would like to hear some opinions should I finish this off or just forget it. Let me know! thanks.

!Phunk-Noise-Rumble! .. here's what I'm working on ..
hey, I decided to post a sneak preview of what I'm producing in my studio at this time. It's not completely finished as I have not yet decided where to go after the five minutes. This track is about a bit of funk, distorted beat, dirty & raw sounds and slice of groove... Oh, and don't let the calm intro fool you, it'll start rollin' around 1:13. Get it here: http://primoluxmusic.com/music/Phunk-Noise-Rumble.mp3 Size: 11,8 MB Quality: 320 kbps Duration: 5:10 Genre: bigbeat, funk Play it loud and enjoy!

You sure did listened it carefully, I appreciate that! You've wrote down some good advices. I think I was too lazy to put more effort on this, just had to finish it and send it off :) Maybe I'll do a remake after my new projects.

Thankss, glad you liked the others too! One of my tracks titled 'Fever' (which you probably heard in my website) has been used in a documentary film about homeless Vietnam veterans. It has a bit of sad and dramatic feel innit so I think it suits there quite well. Squarepusher is awesome by the way!

orchestral elements blended with electronic elements
That's very nice to hear, thanks! :) Thing I tried to do with this song is that because the composition itself is not so very complicated, I tried to keep different sections fairly short and did those sudden changes from one section to another to keep it interesting. :)

Thank you very much! :) I use a music workstation/sequencer called FL Studio (flstudio.com) and there I have many virtual synths (called software synthesizer) plugged in. That's where the sounds come from. It has been my main tool for composing for many years.

orchestral elements blended with electronic elements
hello all! I'm a forum noob here, but I would like to share some of my productions with you all! A little background about me is that I come from Finland and I've been producing electronic music with computers, keyboards and soft synths for several years now as a hobby. My main genre for a long time was dance/trance/techno and one of my trance tracks was in number one position in dutch dance charts few years ago. But recently I've oriented into more chilling and calming genres. I'm blending orchestral, film music style compositions (well, very simple one compositions) into electronic elements and rhythms. And here's my very latest production, straight from my 'music baking oven', titled 'Skywalk'. Download it here: http://petrisuhonen.com/music/Petri_Suhonen_-_Skywalk.mp3 Genre: film music, electronic, ambient Quality: 192 kbps MP3 Duration: 5:16 And please, drop a feedback, it's highly appreciated ;)
