This is a short piece I wrote last month, I find it would be perfect for a church scene in some video game. The instruments are 2 organs, a bass and a choir. Church Scene

This is the first song I post on these forums. I have been writing music for a little over five years now, and I specialised mostly in metal/electronic music. This is my first attempt at a jazz piece, and I tried to properly reproduce the improvisational effect of a jazz guitar. I feel like the second part (the faster part) is more blues-oriented than anything else, but I think this piece's general direction is jazz. Don't forget this is a first attempt at a very complex musical genre. Perhaps I Amount to Rain (Only if the Sun comes out, Certainly)

I think there's some good ideas in your song, but they are very poorly executed and that whole bit around 1:15 sounded pretty random. I would say this is the type of track that would need some background effects at all times. The drumming was very off and quite honestly, it sounds (judging by this track) that you don't really know how to write/sequence drums. They also seemed to start and stop whenever. Overall, there are a few good moments about this song, but it feels like an incomplete work.
