  1. I don't care when this music was composed, who the composer was trying to imitate, or which style it tries to fit into. Simply, when I am listening to this music, I find myself thinking, "This music is quite beautiful."
  2. Thanks, and sorry. I do appreciate it - they are very short! Canon in A (v2).pdf Joyful Canon.pdf
  3. Hi everyone, This is my first composition to post here. These are two canons at the octave that I composed for school. I am really wanting to expand on these subjects in canon and fugues, so please give me your feedback. Canon in A (v2).mus Joyful Canon.mus
  4. Ludwig Van Beethoven. Why? His music is WET with emotion. It changes me. Not only does it make me feel, it FEELS me. It's alive. Mozart, Bach, and Handel are all amazing as well, but can be a "dry" at times. Beethoven is never dry. Always fresh, opus after opus. His music is the kind that can recalibrate the human nervous system. This is all besides the fact that he was deaf.
  5. My God, this is powerful. So intense and direct... I'll listen more.
