Does anyone know of a garage band equivalent for windows? A program that is practically fool proof but inmproves MIDI?

So here is the first number to this musical I am working on with a friend of a friend. Enjoy! Music was orchestrated from a piano and vocal score. Here is the orchestration: Flute, Clarinet in Bb, 2 F Horns, Electric Guitar, Elecetric Bass, Pitched Perc., Timpani, Drum Set, Aux. Perc., Harp, Piano, Violin I,II, Viola, Cello, and Contrabass. Ok, so for the past two quarter 7 composers, including myself, 2 writers and 1 professior wote a musical completely from scratch. We are now in the production phase and its going to be performed the first week of Spring quarter. What's better is that it's going to be on UCTV! So try to watch it.
