Percusiion Section

Any idea whether is it possible to write for a keyboard glockenspiel or a dulcitone these days????

Or writing for noise makers?

I need suggestions. Most of the percussions that I want to write for is based on expression, like in Messiaen and Debussy's works.

I need help in writing for the chinese percussion ensemble too.
