"The City Of Shadows"

My older composition, it contains piano, cellos (although they`re more like a pad), strings, harp and some choirs. Mysterious atmosphere. I would be very glad to hear what do you think about this piece..

oh man! i loved it! the atmosphere is briliantly captured, and the orchestarization is really really good! the piano on the beginning is a little repetitive, but the amazing entereance of other instrumnets totaly covers it up! : P

the Cello was great along with the timpanit, and that harp makes SUCH a spectasular enterance! string melody is coninued in a good spooky way...

i didn't seem to catch something that needs to be redone, but this really is perfect for a video game or a film! your skill so far shows you can do very very well with music as your careear!

are you studying anything now? considerd film music as a profession?

AWESOME PIECE !!! I don't have much time to make a full critic, plus i don't seem to be able to find something that i don't like... (maybe the part near the end... i think that it could be improved...it'snot bad, it just could be better).

and the piano part... hmm, if i can guess right...

re, fa, la, mi, fa then (one semitone down after four times)

and the first melody...

re, mi, fa, sol, la, sol - sol#, re, do#

or something... dunno, never tried playing it, and my pitch isnot the best in the world :P

semitone down, melody from the beginning is: d e f g a g (re mi fa sol la sol) and f e f g f e d

d a g# (fa mi fa sol fa mi re re la sol#), and so on :) Flegethonas you`ve got a very good

pitch :)
