January 31, 200620 yr This is my first attempt at a symphony... actually it wasn't even an attempt at a symphony, it was more like something I randomly wrote which fit into the description of a symphony XD But only one movement. And it's not finished, I've run out of time, holidays are over now :( I have LOTS of ideas, and I always start a new idea, and it links to the last in no way at all XD So it didn't work at all in the beginning, just a bunch of ideas. So i cut out about 2mins of music, spent ages writing bridging sections between ideas and hopefully it worked ok :/ Please tell me what you think. Oh and this composition of mine, more than any other I've ever done, suffers from midi =P And playing it in Finale changed a lot, the last section loses it's power. EDIT: I forgot to mention the title. I wrote the initial theme about half a year ago and stopped. Then my friend Arda came over and he really liked it so I continued the piece for him.
