Mourning of Rejoice in Gminor

battle theme.MID This is a piece that I have written over the past week. I dedicated it to my recently deceased step-father of 16 years(In case you wondering what the "for Tom" was in the title). I have written this for 3 bassoons, however, I was lazy, and only used one staff for them, but it works. I was trying to shoot for a deep feeling of mourning on the first motif, and then twist it around with a surprise happy ending. Please, send me some crticism....wether it be constructive or destructive, I don't care...I just want to know where I could improve. Thanks
