I'd like to write something with fortepiano in it and tried to several places where to find good samples, but i never made it until today, where by accident i came up with this website Bolder Sounds, Creative Sampler Libraries Since 1990 and at this link BOB Fortepiano FULL EDITION [Kontakt 2 / EXS24] - $19.95 : Bolder Sounds, Creative Sampler Libraries Since 1990 i found what i was looking for, the fortepiano samples, and listening to the 2 files it sounds very realistic.

the problem i have is that i am not feeling that confident about the trustability of this website, especially for the low priece of such a good sampling... and honestly, even if 20 dollars is not this much, it is still money and i wouldn't feel this happy to give them that much money...

so the question is: do you know anything about this website, and their products?

thank you very much for your time and patience and look forward of hearing from you :)

Why don't you just sit down at a piano with some staff paper and a pencil?

haha what's that??

i do write with pen, ink and paper, always, and then put it in finale to see how it works, and make other people listen to what i do!

since i have alwasy liked to find music samples of historical instruments, and ifound this nice one, i was hoping that somebody had used that website before and know if it is trustable, and that was the question.

now.... where's the link with your statement??? huh??

hahah anyway thanks for the try.

Ah, I see. I know people who start their compositions at the computer with samples and stuff like that, and it seems like they're taking an "easy" way out, and in effect making it more difficult.

Do you use Finale's GPO option? The instrument list is, unfortunately, far more limited, but it's really good quality sampling.
