Derek
For me, I think it'd have to be "Tears" from Rachmaninov's Suite no. 1 for two pianos.
J. Lee Graham
There would be lots of things on this list if I spent a lot of time thinking about it. I'm going to go with the first one that entered my mind: "The Enchanted Lake" - tone poem by Anatoly Liadov (1855-1914).
Guest Anders
Oh yeah, Liadov! His (very passionate) mazurkas certainly deserve wider recognition. Better than Chopin's in my oppinion.

Monkeysinfezzes
Yanni. Nuff said. I can't stand his scraggy for that reason. I can't stand New Age piano music. It's so...pointless, meant to induce the listener into an emotionless trance...
EuphoniumBC
I would have to say Jupiter, Bringer of Jollity from the Planets. Yanni is also nice, although he has only produced one song that I really liked. I don't remember the name but it features a soprano or alto female singing a part above the symphony.
