March 2, 200917 yr Hey, boys and girls. Do any of you happen to know what scale this is? C Db Eb F G A Bb C I was studying a part and determined that this is the scale it's written in. It sounds very familiar to me, but unfortunately I can't google on a sequence of notes.

March 3, 200917 yr I would assume it approximates slendro scale, which is a 7-note scale. On the other hand, robin's terminology is significantly more clear. Can we just abolish named scales?
