Hi Friends,

I was trying to watch a movie saved on my hard disk using the media player,i was not able to watch it cos the player is showing the following message-"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly."What does it mean and what can i do about it,i had got my comp formated few days back,could it be related to that?

try reinstalling your soundcard drivers, dude. Either you didn't put them back together, or something got borked the first time.
