J. Lee Graham
Yeah, just me showing off...but it really is a cool piece, and a nifty recording! From my glory days as a young singer: a live recording made in 1994 of me singing the tenor solo in the Nunc Dimittis of the Collegium Regale Service by Herbert Howells (1892-1983), with the Choir of St. Mark's School, Dallas, Texas, during an Evensong service at York Minster, York, England. Yes, those are little boys singing the soprano part! :D Talented kids! What memories... This track was recorded from the organ loft in a VERY large cathedral, so if it sounds like I'm a long ways away, I am! About 100 yards, I'd say. We had to fill that space with no amplification, just as they've done for centuries. Enjoy! :D Howells: Collegium Regale Service - Nunc Dimittis
