Yeah Midi doesn't help, I'm sorry I can't comment much with Midi only, with a better recording and/or score would be easier...

You use solo strings sounds, is it really for orchestra ?

The Harmony is classical but good, just a bit slow in the language, the initial motif took too much to become something else, try to expand your ideas about harmony and experiment a little, take small risks on it.
