Could anybody tell me which meter is

The song is in 4/4, key of Eb minor.The cover is in A minor. One of them is tacky, one of them is cheesy. Also, they cater to different target audiences.

For some reason I thought that it was a case of duple meter. The tempo and quick succession of notes fooled me.

I wish there was a way to transcribe this song, it goes something like D – E – D – E – D – E – D – E – D – E – D – D – C – D – C – D – C – D – C – D – E – F – E – F – E – F – E – F – E – F – E – E – F – E – D – C – B – A, but, obviously, I need the exact rhythm.
