I wish I could offer some criticism and advice, but there isn’t a whole lot to work with here. Honestly, I encourage you to take this line and expand upon these ideas into multiple melodies with variations and development, flowing in and out of textures and voices, so you can really explore what you’ve created AND your own sense of crafting a full fledged piece! Peter Quantick Posted July 27, 2022 Share Posted July 27, 2022 Hi there. It's a lovely little tune with a baroque sound as JoshL37 has noted. I also think that you have a good basis to build on. Maybe you could use it as a starting point for a set of variations on a theme? What you have here would be a theme worth exploring with a neoclassical edge, maybe? Thanks for sharing.
