First for the length of the piece it can hardly be called a fugue at all! There are only 3 appearances of the fugue subject and it does fulfill the exposition part of a fugue though. 

The independence of each voice is crucial for a polyphonic genre like fugue. You mostly have 3rd and 6th in pairs which minimize the independence both harmonically and rhythmically. B.10-12 is rhythmically independent but it's not inside the fugue proper!

Also the fugue subject is not only melodic but also harmonic. The D major answer in b.4-6 makes no sense with the upper countersubject with the forced G major harmony for a D major answer! You should pay more attention to analyzing your own fugue subject before using it in the answers!
