June 13, 20232 yr Hey @veps, I love the added passage in b.27, the timbre there is very funny; and also in b.41. Just make sure the mood doesn't change too quickly will be fine, since I feel like you can add more preparations before both of these passages. My impression is that the draft is turning from an impressionistic to a modal one and then a heroic one. Also with the loud trumpets and trombones piano there may be overwhelmed even though it's just playing chords and does not carry melodic significance. Thanks for your update! Henry
