It reminds me of Mozart's Symphony no.25 in G minor with the lightness and movement. If you can add more varieties in it this part would be great. For the first section in Bb major, the biggest problem is maybe the lack of melodic significance in the instruments. Every instruments sound like accompaniment by having repetaed notes or broken chords. I think you should at least add a solo instrument there to bring out a melodic theme here. Thanks for sharing.
