July 21, 20232 yr Hello @Wastavino, Thanks for your update with the score! -For me I think the Piano RH can start in a bass clef giving that the notes are low for a treble clef. -For the violin part I guess some slurs need to be added, while some are too long, as I see in the video the violinist (who plays beautifully) is following her own slurs haha. Maybe you can ask her bowing and mark them on your score as well! Other than these the score is detailed, and I don't mind those spacing issue as my score is probably messier LoL. Henry
October 9, 20232 yr It is a nice piece with clear melodies and motives brought back in a coherent form! My critique is that the piano is often very low. It seems that maybe you are writing the piano low so that it doesn't interfere with the Violin's melody and register. But I think the piano accompaniment can be higher than or even in the same register as the Violin as long as the Violins material is brought out with dynamics bringing its material into the foreground through its loudness and the piano's softness. Those are my thoughts. Thanks for sharing!
