Christmas submission - God Rest Ye Merry Assorted Genders

Here's mine. Very rough, apologies. It's three variations on the Christmas song "God Rest Ye Merry Assorted Genders".  The last one is sort of upside down as far as possible. There was going to be a full orchestral 4th but it's a bit chaotic here what with work and things, so it ends a bit abruptly.  I stand less chance of finishing it than a celluloid cat chasing an asbestos mouse round hell. It's in E flat minjor and tonal aside from some inebriated adjustments.

Alas, it hasn't been refined or properly balanced. But...heck...Eat drink and be merry!

Yeah, being the forum Ned Ludd, I couldn't work out how to notify on one thread that I'd submitted on another!

You can just copy and paste the link to this thread in your reply in the Christmas Music Event thread and it will embed a little box that takes you to this thread!

I like the first variation and how wacky it sounds!  I love the quote of Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No.2!  Did you have a piccolo trumpet in this arrangement just for that part?  LoL  You also follow this years trend of having all our Christmas pieces in Eb minjor!  Great - hahaha!  Thanks for sharing this bombastic character piece!
