Sonata No. 5 in G major for flute and oboe - recording

Here's the companion to the sonata in E minor I posted last week.  Again, any thoughts on the mixing (especially the reverb and stereo panning) or on the composition itself would be greatly appreciated!

This is an amazing piece of music! To me the mix sounds great! I really liked how you panned it, so that the two instruments really stand out, clearly on their own! Awesome, beautiful work!

Agreed with Guardian. The panning greatly benefits the piece, one can follow each voice easily! 

The first movement was like a fast and light breeze, very charming.

The second movement seems like a peaceful rest. In my opinion, it correctly contrasts with the first one but it maintains a key aspect that the first movement had: the voice independence. While both create a nice aura themselves, I am though not sure of how much memorable they are. They don't need to be memorable at all, of course; just pointing out that.

The third movement was expected. This is a Sonata after all, and in its form I would say it's pretty standard (and in my opinion that's neither good nor bad, it just is). Again, I would point out that its direction is unclear to me, perhaps there happened to be too much voice independence... But as long as you are fine with it!

I definitely must listen to the other Sonata you mentioned. This was a great and pleasurable experience. Just as a friendly, non-musical advice: if you want to keep your own pieces organised or have some sort of portfolio here, you may use the "About me" function of your profile so you have the links at hand in case you want to mention them somewhere, and thus they don't get (too) lost in the sea of music this forum has proudly accumulated over years. A veteran like you may benefit from this.

Extremely well crafted with lovely thematic material.  I enjoyed it immensely.  My only comment is there are a few measures .... where it would be nice to give the oboist a moment to breathe.
