June 5, 20241 yr Hi all, I orchestrated my piano work Free and Easy previously posted on the forum for string quartet. I am not a string player - so I would appreciate all helpful feedback on my writing. Also I am also curious to know what you think of my orchestration of the piano work. June 6, 20241 yr One thing--- The double stops at bars 7, 9, ... The lower notes would have to be legato/slurred on the a string. Not possible against the three beat b above otherwise. Should be marked as such. Same at 37. A good orchestration of the piano version. Edited June 6, 20241 yr by Rich
