March 25Mar 25 Well, not really! And the German title was just for fun; my German is dreadful. It's the extracted organ part of the Sanctus, minus a couple measures, from my Missa Sabrina Fair (a parody mass based on motives from a song by my brother) and it just occurred to me that it makes a decent solo organ piece! Anyone care to registrate it for me? 😄Well. helps to post the score!Orgelstück in G-Dur Free Sheet Music by Robert C. Fox for Organ | Noteflight Edited March 26Mar 26 by Churchcantor
March 29Mar 29 Author Just for fun, this piece is very amusing. 1992-93, grad school, trying to be "complex" and impress people. Poor course of action. There is also a (atonal) fugue, and it is a fifteen-page beast. I pretentiously use the "B-A-C-H" motive...maybe I will put it in, because the ending is at least spectacular! Like Mozart being asked if he liked an orchestra's famous "first note" and replying something like: "Yes, but I liked the last note better."Fantasy And Fugue For Organ-Fantasy Free Sheet Music by Robert C. Fox for Organ | NoteflightI believe my organ writing changed a bit between 1992-3 and 2011 or so. Other than these pieces, only organ music I've written is mainly accompaniment to choral pieces.
