Sonic Aid:

Featured Replies

Sonic Aid, a series of music therapy CD's produced by Dr. Lee R. Bartel, is a very solid set of music. There is one for concentration, relaxation, sleep, and creativity. May I also go so far out as to say they are truly inspiring and I've probably heard each piece on the concentration CD over fifty times. I also have the sleep CD in every single night.

The concentration and creativity works are wonderful and you really have to hear it to believe it. Each piece is very original and not for a second am I bored when I'm listening to it. Sometimes the quality even distracts me sometimes.

You really should try this series out for yourself, because it could even inspire your own composition. I know when I'm writing a piece in my head sometimes those melodies work tend to show up, which only proves their inspiring effect.
