Piano Sonata no. 1 in D-flat Major, Op. 1

Sounds great. Wow, so many scales. I sometimes wish that modern music used scales more often. I guess the old school 80's metalhead shredders used a lot of scales in guitar music...but it seems much less "cool" these days to use scales.

You make the scales so nice and interesting.

Is that actually you playing? I can't really tell these days, due to the amazing technology out there. If this is you playing, the technique/dynamics and "feel" is incredible.

Around 2:58, when it slows down, it would have been nice to hear more slowness. But then again, that's more of a matter of personal taste. I think the overall piece works.
