  1. Agreed with all three of you. Indeed, that was the whole point of writing a theme :nod:! Did I mention that my theme (albeit in a slightly more polished version) actually comes from a projected symphony?
  2. Luderart, I like your thinking! Of course we should do this. It brings us back to the reason these challenges were started in the first place. To observe how different composers create music from using the same material but looking at it through a different lens. Like Pater, I am already planning on writing something using my theme so it isn't a departure from my plans anyway.
  3. I think it would be fine either way, but I'd go for the second one. Heck, it's my theme, so I have a right to do whatever I want with it, don't I? <_<
  4. I'm already doing that, so it doesn't bother me. Why write a theme if you're not going to write something with it… eventually...
