  1. I have been on music forums for like 15 years and I have NEVER seen this happen. Like, I've seen threads where people pointed out that some jackhole on Newgrounds plagiarized us, but I have never seen someone steal from users and then repost on the same forum. However, as I was saying in the other thread before it got locked: This is why you shouldn't post sheet music and MIDI of your works. People who plagiarize like this are generally too much of n00bz and too lazy to figure your piece out by ear.
  2. Hey! I'm pretty satisfied with this simple piece of music, but I wonder if I should keep it in 3/8 or change to 3/4? Also, should rather write quarter rest after an 8th note or insist on writing two eighth note rests. I sped up the mp3-file a bit, so it's easier to listen through the whole piece. 3. Thanks a lot for all your help comments and kind remarks. First I was hesitant about releasing the song but when I heard your comments, especially Papagenos about the melody (which I will never forget), I decided to have it recorded. What I realised here was that the oboe-melody that I actually wrote 2013 was so low in register that I could rather had written it for English horn, since it's much easier to keep the intonation in higher register. This wednesday we released it on YouTube. Enjoy:
