    Hi, I'm new here and I really have just one question in regards to music production: How do MIDI keyboards work? Specifically, if I key a MIDI keyboard, plug it into my computer and have a software like Musescore running, can I just play/improvise and have the software write it down and put it into notation that I can later edit? Thanks!
