    Hello, I just ran across this forum yesterday and I thought I'd share some of my work. This is a short song (~1:40), but I'm fond of it. Does anyone think it should be longer? Maybe give some of its themes a second treatment? I'm anxious for any other comments too, of course. FL.mid

    Hi, I'm a new here too! I like your piece as well. I think it would be nice if the lead guitar were a little louder, and some of the unisons seemed a little dull to me. Maybe if the bass diverged the second time through or something? I'm also not sure I like the slap bass towards the end when the plucked bass drops out. It seems a little weak. What program did you write it in? In many programs setting a track to output on MIDI channel 10 will create percussion output.
