I think it sounds kinda tame for a bear march. (i think i feel this way because i've heard Bartok's bear dance before this). either more speed, or more surprises in rhythm would do the trick i think... but title aside its a nice piece :)

thanks :) i was in the school's jazz band at the time so i guess thats where the influence is from. I'd like to continue it but i'm kinda out of ideas... that's my main problem to this day. i have a few unfinished themes im thinking of posting

hey ^^ first post.. sorry about the title, I cant come up with anything better. oks here we go. I composed this a few months ago.. I just want an honest opinion on it. I'm 16 and I have no training as far as structure etc. goes, I just play piano on my own and thought I'd start trying to compose.
