Multiple parts in Sibelius
In Sibelius (4.1.5), how would you write more than one part on a staff and have it play back correctly? For example, I would like to concatenate the xylophone and chimes parts into one staff for one player. How do I do this? Also, on a related note, how can I add various percussion instruments into another part and have it also play back correctly, for example have the marimba player briefly play tambourine or something? Thanks! -Numegil

Sweeeeeeeeet, I'm a bit swamped right now, but I'll be sure to start working on this sometime next week.

Conceptual Music Competition 13: Last Stand
My votes are also in as of yesterday, I just want to say that I am quite impressed with the quality of two of these pieces in particular, especially one of which (which i gave first place) only seems to get better each time I listen to it. I want to be able to play it :D, but unfortunately that it out of my grasp right now. May the best song win. -Numegil

Fields of Gilead
This is a composition I just finished working on a few hours ago, using my new software, Reason 4.0. Out of anything that I've done before in the past, I would say that this is my favorite composition, at least out of this style of music. Comments and suggestions are welcome. 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download Fields of Gilead.mp3 Note: if the above link does not work, the song is also uploaded on my iLike profile at Alexei Gousev on iLike™ Thanks in advance! -Numegil

A song
Here is a song that I finished over the last two days. I'm really bad at naming things, and I can't think of a name for the song right now. I'll come back to that later. I would consider this song to mostly finished, but if anyone has any great suggestions that I would agree with, I would change it, of course. Anyway, here's the song: http://numegil2.site.io/Thing4.mp3 Thanks in advance -Numegil
