I'm thinking maybe something like "Barely Kin". There is the obvious pun centering on the koala, plus the fact that the women are not full, but half-sisters, and they are so very different in their take on the world. Just a thought. No offense intended, but your description doesn't seem to suggest "Free Me". Perhaps there is more to the plot than we've been told?

Just finished listening to this, and have to say it's really astounding. I would gladly pay to go to the concert where this piece was performed. By no means the sole influence, but I'm hearing a fair amount of material reminiscent of Emerson Lake and Palmer. Hope you're successful in finding the ensemble who will play this live.
