  1. Writing for a Symphonic Band - Senior Piece

    I'm a high school sax player and I'm trying to compose a song for my class's senior piece for symphonic band. In the past I've just written down a few bass lines or played something and forgotten it. I wasn't sure how or where to start, or what kind of song it should be. Right now I just have random ideas and melodies going around in my head. :blush: Does anyone have any suggestions?
